If you have a critically ill or injured pet, please do not try to contact us by e-mail or through this website. Please call us directly. After hours dial 636-2230 (Cocoa) and 636-7001 (Port St. John).
Appointment Policy
Our policy is to work on an appointment basis. We know your time is valuable and we make every effort not to keep you waiting. We will see walk-ins and animals dropped off for care, however we do see appointments first except in case of emergency. Please keep in mind that emergencies do occur and can upset our appointment schedule. If you wish to consult with a specific doctor please let us know when you are scheduling the appointment.

| Port St John - 3rd Saturday of Month | 8:00 am to 12:00 noon |
Doctor's hours vary due to days off, surgery schedules, etc. so keep this in mind when scheduling appointments. Let us know what is best for you and we will try to accommodate you.
Technician Appointments
Certain procedures do not require a doctor's examination and can be scheduled with one of our Certified Veterinary Technicians. These include suture removal, nail trims, expressing anal glands, etc.
Drop Off Service
With our hectic schedules these days, sometimes its easier to drop your pet off in the morning and 
pick it up later in the day. We will examine your pet, call you with our findings, and have them ready to go when you get back!
